Section 31
Basis of Promotion

(1) The promotion committee will recommend employees for promotion based on their performance.
(2) While evaluating the performance of the employee, a maximum of one hundred points will be given as follows:-
(a) Fifty marks for performance evaluation (b) Thirty marks for seniority (c) Fifteen marks for educational qualification (d) Five marks for training
